Can I return and refund my orders?

All orders can be returned and refunded within 30 days, as long as the jewellery and all packaging remain in their original and undamaged condition. Unfortunately due to hygeine reasons, we cannot accept any returns for earrings. For returns, you will have to supply your own postage.

Can I track my order progress?

All UK based orders will have a base shipping service of Tracked & Signed 48 by Royal Mail. All other orders will be sent via International Tracked & Signed, so you can rest assured and know the progress of your orders with a safe delivery! A tracking number will be supplied when we process your order, which can be used on the Royal Mail site to view your postage status.

What carrier will deliver my order?

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail!
